We are not looking for "sales reps" who read scripts. We are looking for Revenue Operators who understand business math, diagnose real constraints, and close aligned operators without pressure.
II. The Standard: "Calm Authority"
No "Boiler Room" Vibes: We don’t use hype, manipulation, or artificial urgency.
The Presence: Controlled, analytical, and high-status. You must be comfortable speaking to $500K–$5M+ operators.
The Strategy: You must understand CAC, LTV, close rates, and revenue constraints. You are responsible for protecting deal quality and positioning our offer as strategic infrastructure — not a quick fix.
III. The Hiring Process
Stage 1: Deal Audit. We review your sales history, average contract value, and total revenue closed.
Stage 2: Live Roleplay. You will handle a structured objection scenario for a high-ticket service offer.
Stage 3: Integration. If selected, you will be assigned 10 leads to be evaluated on close rate, CRM accuracy, and call control.
IV. Performance Standards: Zero Tolerance
If accepted, your performance will be held to strict standards. We automatically remove salespeople who:
- Blame leads or marketing for missed targets.
- Fail to maintain clean, accurate CRM reporting.
- Overpromise to get deals signed.
- Cannot clearly articulate business math and ROI.
V. Compensation & Targets
Compensation: Commission-based position with $120,000+ OTE.
Expectation: Minimum 40% close rate on qualified inbound opportunities. High performers significantly exceed this.
