I. Introduction
We are Scaling With Systems. We build the "Visual Essays" for 8-figure CEOs and world-class experts.
We are not looking for "graphic designers" who wait for instructions. We are looking for Click Psychologists who understand visual hierarchy, tension, and modern YouTube patterns better than we do.
II. The Aesthetic: "Sophisticated Authority"
No "Fiverr" Vibes: We don't do neon glows, crowded text, or "hype" clickbait.
The Look: Clean, cinematic, and high-status. Think Ali Abdaal, Matt Gray, or Dan Martell.
The Strategy: You must understand how to tell a story in 0.5 seconds. You are responsible for the "Authority Packaging" (Title + Thumbnail) of the Visual Essay.
III. The Hiring Process
Stage 1: Portfolio Audit. We look for one specific thumbnail showcasing your ability to establish high-status authority and clean visual hierarchy.
Stage 2: Trial. If you pass, you will be invited to a Thumbnail Test Task to prove your skills and ability to handle raw client assets.
Stage 3: Integration. You will be assigned to a dedicated Pod with a Content Strategist and Creative Director.
IV. Technical Standards: Zero Tolerance
If you are accepted, your work will be held to the highest standards. We automatically reject work if it contains:
- Any typos or misspelled words.
- Poor cutouts (fringing or messy hair masks).
- Inconsistent lighting (faces not matching the background environment).
- "Standard" stock photography (if it looks like a stock photo, it’s a failure).
V. Compensation & Volume
Pay: $50 per video (includes 2 distinct variations).
Volume: High-performers handle 15-20 videos per week ($3,000 - $4,000+ per month).
