  • I. Introduction

We are Scaling With Systems. We build "Visual Essays" for 8-figure CEOs and world-class experts.

We are not looking for "Hormozi" clones or high-energy "hype" edits. We are looking for Master Storytellers who can produce sophisticated, cinematic content in the style of Ali Abdaal and Dan Martell.

    II. The Aesthetic: "Cinematic Authority"

The Style: Minimalist, clean, and high-end. No "neon" or cluttered graphics.

Motion Logic: Mastery of Information Design. You must be able to use custom typography and motion graphics to simplify complex business frameworks (e.g., visualizing revenue vs. effort math).

B-Roll: Zero generic stock footage. Zero AI-generated "uncanny" B-roll. You will use authentic client "life" footage and custom-built graphics.

    III. The Hiring Process

Stage 1: Portfolio Audit. We look for one specific video showcasing your ability to visualize data or complex logic.

Stage 2: Trial. If you pass, you will be invited to a 40-Second Test Task to prove your "Motion Logic" skills.

Stage 3: Integration. You will be assigned to a dedicated Pod with a Content Strategist and Creative Director.

    IV. Technical Standards: Zero Tolerance

We produce content for 8-figure CEOs. Our quality must be flawless. Your edits will be automatically rejected if they contain:

    • Any misspelled words or typos.
    • Inconsistent font styles or colors.
    • Poor text spacing or readability.
    • Low-quality, "basic" graphics.

    V. High-Status Compensation

We treat our editors as the core engine of the agency. High-performers manage 4-6 clients and earn $4,800–$7,200+ per month.

Base Pay: $300 per Content Kit (1 Main Video + 3 repurposed Shorts).

The "First-Pass" Bonus: +$100 per kit if the video passes internal and client QC with zero revisions.

  • Our Visual Standard: The 'Visual Essay'

We are specifically looking for the 'Cinematic Authority' style seen in the three examples below. This means high-status talking heads paired with sophisticated, custom motion logic.
