*No service fee ever benefit applies to standard service calls performed Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM only. After-hours service, Sundays, and holidays are subject to additional fees. Same day service is based on availability and may be affected by weather, traffic, or demand. 10% repair discount applies to qualifying repairs only and is capped at a maximum savings of $100 per visit. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions. Membership benefits apply to residential service only; commercial properties are not eligible. Payment for all services is due at time of service (COD). Membership is valid for one property and is non-transferable. Annual membership renews automatically unless canceled. Customer may cancel at any time; however, refunds are not provided after 30 days from enrollment. Free water heater flush and inspection services are preventative maintenance only and do not include repairs, parts, or additional labor if required, and may not be available for same day service. Tankless water heaters are not eligible for free flush. RTP Home Services, LLC DBA Ray the Plumber reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program and its benefits at any time.
