Interested Landowner: Prescribed Burning

Are you a resident of Tehama County who wants to learn more about and/or utilize prescribed fire? We want to hear from you!

The Resource Conservation District of Tehama County (RCDTC) has formed a Prescribed Burn Association (PBA) in Tehama County, or the Tehama PBA!

Why fill out this form?

Indicating your interest will help the PBA know the scope of potential burning projects. This information assists the PBA Coordinator who would provide technical assistance to landowners for burning, plan trainings and educational events, and organize volunteer fire-lighters to support fire adapted communities in Tehama County.

Additionally, as the landowner, previous fire certifications are not required to serve as the burn boss for a burn on your property. The purpose of the PBA to to learn and burn together!
