1. Reservation
To reserve your place on the retreat, please complete this booking form and pay your £300 non-refundable deposit.
2. Payment

Note for payments in Euros:
If you are paying in Euros, we recommend using the Wise Payment App (formerly TransferWise) to reduce bank transfer fees and ensure the full amount is received.
3. Early Bird Offers
Returning guests: £200 off full price per person when the remaining balance is paid in full by 1st May 2026.
New waitlist subscribers: £150 off full price per person when the remaining balance is paid in full by 1st May 2026.
4. Payment Plans
Accessible monthly payment plans are available — please contact Rebecca to arrange a schedule that suits you.
5. Final Balance
For all other bookings, the remaining balance is due by 17th July 2026, unless a payment plan has been agreed.
If final payments are not received by this date, GetCalmer reserves the right to cancel your reservation and offer your place to another guest.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify Rebecca in writing. Once notice is received, cancellation will take effect as follows:
Before 1st July 2026: The £300 deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be transferred to another GetCalmer retreat (subject to availability).
After 1st July 2026: No refunds will be given unless your place can be filled.
7. Retreat Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be cancelled, you will be offered a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of payments made.
Rebecca Dobson and GetCalmer are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellation, including but not limited to flights, travel insurance, transfers, or other related costs.
You will not be entitled to claim compensation for any inconvenience, loss of time, or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
8. Travel & Transfers
Flights are not included in the retreat price.
Return group transfers to and from Soul Farm, Mas els Igols will be available for guests and are payable separately.
Full transfer details and suggested flight information will be provided upon booking.
9. Acknowledgement & Waiver
Declaration of Health
By signing this form, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would adversely affect your ability to take part in the retreat’s activities, including yoga or other wellness practices.
You understand that participation is voluntary and accept full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or damage that may arise.
Personal Release
By agreeing to these terms, you release and discharge Rebecca Dobson and GetCalmer from all claims or liabilities arising from participation in the retreat, including but not limited to damages caused by weather, travel disruption, political unrest, wildlife, pandemics, lockdowns, strikes, or any other unforeseen events (“Acts of God”).
This includes any injury, illness, emotional distress, travel costs, or property damage that may occur.
10. Behaviour & Participation
For the benefit of all participants, GetCalmer reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability.
If a participant’s behaviour is deemed disruptive to the harmony of the retreat, they may be asked to leave without refund.
GetCalmer will not be liable for any participant who chooses to leave the retreat early or who engages in activities outside of the scheduled programme.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
By completing this form, you consent to GetCalmer holding your personal details securely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating essential retreat information.
Your details will never be shared with third parties.
