This program is simple to follow when you follow the plan. I am your coach to walk with you on the journey. I needed an accountability point person to checkin with each week. I was also a full time caregiver, part time yoga instructor and full time wife & mom. I needed it to be structured and simple to follow. It was incredible that a community of healthy people and habits were readily available. At that time my life was feeling out of control with all the things I couldn’t control.How do you feel now?
