Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our upcoming Fall Barn Sale scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020! Please complete the application below. We will review your application, and send you an email notifying you of your acceptance. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an email response. If selected, you will also receive a PayPal invoice for your booth fee. Booth spaces must be paid within 10 calendar days in order to reserve your space. If it is not paid, the space will be given to another vendor. Once paid for, booth spaces are non-refundable and non-transferable. Spaces in the barn are given on a first come, first serve basis.

Booth Option A: Includes booth (8' wide x 15' deep space) inside the barn with electricity-November 7, 2020: $100.00. Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, and extension cords. Booth Option B: Includes booth/tent space (12' x 12") outside the barn without electricity-November 7, 2020: $80.00. Vendor must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Booth Option C: Food truck/trailer space (up to 30') outside-November 7, 2020: $100. Vendor must provide their own means of power, generator, etc.

Vendors can begin setup on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 2p.m.-7p.m or Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 7:30a.m.-9a.m. Booths must be ready for the sale by Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 9a.m. No exceptions. The Fall Barn Sale will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 9a.m.-4p.m. Vendors are responsible for bringing enough products and items to cover the sale. If renting a booth in the barn, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and extension cords. If renting a booth outside, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. I understand that if I am a food truck/trailer vendor, I am responsible for bringing my own generator, fuel, etc. I understand that I am responsible for picking up and disposing of my own trash during and after the sale. There is a dumpster on site that you are able to use. Vendors inside the barn are not able to nail, screw, or poke any kind of holes into any part of the barn. Zip ties, command strips/hooks. tape, or string is recommended. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. I understand that being admitted into previous sales does not guarantee acceptance into present or future sales. I understand that everyone must re-apply and the show is based on a juried selection process. I understand that all vendors must be at their booth ready to begin the sale at the sale start times. I understand that Red River Farms does not control the weather. The sunflower festival will be held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made to close for everyone's safety. I understand that booth spaces in the barn are on a first come, first serve basis. I understand that once booth spaces are paid for, they are non-refundable, due to advertisement fees. I understand that booth spaces must be cleaned and packed up by Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 8p.m. I understand that if selected, I will be notified via email and a PayPal invoice will be sent to me. Invoices must be paid within 10 calendar days. The event will be heavily advertised through social media, our website, local publications, such as the Busy Bee Trader & newspapers, in and around the Middle TN and Southern KY areas, as well as our local Chamber of Commerce. As a vendor, I give permission for Red River Farms to advertise my vendor information, including photos, on their social media sites, websites, and flyers. I understand that due to COVID-19, social distancing guidelines may still be in place in November. If so, vendors will be asked to wear a mask and gloves when interacting with customers and allow only one to two shoppers in your booth at a time. Updates and announcements regarding this will be made in our Facebook group and through emails. I understand that the venue hosts at Red River Farms will have hand sanitizer readily available, as well as clean public areas, including restrooms, at least every 2 hours of the event for everyone's health and safety. I understand that the venue hosts at Red River Farms have the right to make changes, as needed, according to CDC guidelines and Governor Lee's orders.
I understand that by typing and signing my name below, I will not hold Red River Farms or it's owners liable for any damage done to my booth (weather or other unforseeable circumstances), injuries or sickness incurred during any point of set-up, the sale, or tear down process. I also understand that Red River Farms and it's owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or money during the timeline of the barn sale. I understand that I will be contacted once my vendor application has been reviewed and an email confirmation could take 24 hours to two weeks.
