  • Thank you for your interest in joining REDSTAFF Medical. We’re always excited to welcome committed and capable individuals to our team.

    As a medical service, we require all medical applicants to have valid and current medical certification, minimally Standard First Aid from an institution recognised by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council.

    • Medical professionals need to be registered with their appropriate body and/or hold relevant certifications.
    • Non-medical applicants (such as for the Support Team and Safety Ambassadors) need not have medical certification. A cheerful, can-do attitude is great!

    This form will approximately take you 10 minutes to complete.

     

    Successful applicants will be contacted for an onboarding session, where we will verify your certifications and introduce you to our operations and expectations.

    Please note: This is an ad-hoc engagement role and not full-time employment. Individuals who are accepted will join REDSTAFF Medical as independent contractors, not employees. As such, CPF contributions are not provided, and contractors are responsible for their own income tax declarations.

    We enquire the following information to confirm that applicants can safely perform essential duties in event medical roles, not for exclusionary purposes but to assess job-related capabilities. It is a bona fide occupational requirement to protect the safety and wellbeing of our teammates and event participants.

  • For cultural or religious practices, hijabs and modest wear (e.g. modesty tights) may be worn with the polo shirt and pants uniform, provided they are in white, black, grey, or red to maintain uniform consistency and professionalism. We highly recommend Bare-Below-Elbows be maintained for hygiene.

  • Miscellaneous

  • Successful applicants will proceed to the onboarding process. An Independent Contractor Agreement will be presented to formalise the engagement.

    Roster activation and assignment eligibility will only commence after all documents have been signed, returned, and verified by REDSTAFF Medical, together with confirmation of all required certifications.
