These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website, facilities, and services provided by Refine You ("Practice," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Refine You provides medical and medically directed aesthetic services. All services are elective. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Services do not replace care from a primary care physician or medical specialist.
2. Cash-Only Practice
Refine You is a cash-only practice:
We do not accept or bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Patients are solely responsible for payment of all services rendered.
No claims or superbills are submitted by the Practice unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Eligibility
Patients must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent. Valid identification may be required.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated at booking.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees.
Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future scheduling.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Accepted payment methods are disclosed by the Practice.
