Requirements of the Putnam Rotary Club Scholarship Awards 2026
All Applications must be completed using the fillable PDF format and submitted

HANDWRITTEN APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Applicant must be a High School Senior in good standing

Applicant must reside in the Putnam Rotary Club Service area - Putnam, Thompson, Woodstock, Pomfret or Eastford.

Applicant must be pursuing post High School education at an accredited institute of learning. This can include 2 or 4 year college, trade school or specialty training institutes, among others.

Please Note: Since we are a service-based organization, our evaluation is more heavily weighted on Community Service so we encourage all to apply.

March 31st, 2026 is the deadline. You will receive a reply within 2 days that we received your application.

The scholarship check will be presented to the student at a Putnam Rotary Club reception in December 2026. Recipient will be required to show sucessful completion of their first semester (or eqvivalent)
