LETTERS PATENT OPTIONS

Upon the granting or registration of your arms, you will receive a digitalized letter-sized, multipage Letters Patent included in the fee you paid to the College. If you wish to display your Letters Patent, we offer two additional options, each available at a separate pricing tier.

Note: Only honours and titles from the Royal House of Ghassan will be included in your Letters Patent.

Option A: Multipage Letter (included)

Our standard Letters Patent, included in the fees, is issued to all recipients. This is a letter-sized (8.5x11") multipage document printed on archival paper. It is not suitable for framing.

Digital: Included in the standard registration fee of USD 500.

Printed, Sealed, and posted: USD 150.

Option B: Professional Print

High-quality 11"x14" professional print featuring digital typography, printed on durable archival paper stock, ideal for framing.

Designed by HIRH Prince Gharios El Chemor, it features a decorative border of traditional Arab motifs.

Digital: USD 250.

Printed, Sealed, and posted: USD 350.

Option C: Illuminated Manuscript

Our most bespoke offering consists of an illuminated manuscript hand-painted by the personal heraldic artist of HIRH Prince Gharios El Chemor. Costs vary depending on complexity. The base fee begins at USD 1,000.

By signing below:
• I affirm that all of the information on this form is correct to the best of my knowledge, and that I shall provide any updated information as it changes.
• I authorize the Court of Chivalry to use the information provided by me for the purposes for which this petition has been made, which may include, without limit or reserve, publication of granted arms and my details (other than contact details), including my name and that of my spouse, my place of birth, parents’ names, and descendants’ names. I understand that the information included in any grant document and the symbolic text will be publicly available in official publications of the Court of Chivalry.
• I authorize the Court of Chivalry, including all officers of that Office and in particular the Heralds or others appointed by the Office of the Chancellor, to contact any third party shown or referred to on this petition to verify any information provided independently.
• I accept that the Court of Chivalry is unhindered, unfettered, free, and at liberty to consider all matters and exclude any claimed honors, awards, Orders, qualifications, or entitlements, at its discretion, particularly where such entitlements do not enjoy official State sanction.
• I acknowledge that the Court of Chivalry will guide me and advise me on my petition and that where the Court of Chivalry of the House of Ghassan decides there is reason to disregard my petition or considerable elements of it, the Court of Chivalry of the House of Ghassan shall communicate this final decision to me.
• Titles of nobility not held by State sanction will not be included in the official grant of arms. Still, reference to them may be made in the accompanying narrative at the complete discretion of the Court of Chivalry of the House of Ghassan.
• I acknowledge that the approval of my petition or otherwise is subject to the final decision of the Court of Chivalry of the House of Ghassan.
• I acknowledge that the Court of Chivalry of the House of Ghassan has the discretion to revoke any heraldic emblems granted or registered as a result of this petition if I make a false or incomplete statement herein or in any additional information supplied for this petition.
