Level 1 Group ClassDogs should have all age appropriate vaccinations. Owners will bring records to Week 1. Dogs will not come to the first week.

In consideration of the acceptance of this registration and the holding classes or lessons, and the opportunity to have the dog participate, I agree to hold RG’s K-9 Obedience LLC, and all trainers, independent contractors, employees, assistants, or apprentices, the premises upon which the classes and lessons are to be held harmless from any claim for the loss or injury, both direct and indirect, to any person or thing by any act of dog or person whole in or upon the premises or ground or near any entrance thereto. I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim. I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim of loss of this dog, I hereby assume the sole responsibility got and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses, including legal fees, by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage and expenses.THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE NON-CANCELLABLE REGISTRATION- ALL LESSONS MUST BE USED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE DATE; 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE LESSONS. FAILURE TO DUE SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE LESSON WITH NO REFUNDS OR MAKEUPS SESSION OF THE MISSED LESSON. BEING MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE IS CONDISERED A NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION.
