Vendor Show Schedule
- Set-up: Thursday, February 13, 2025 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Show hours: Friday, February 14, 2025 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Saturday, February 15, 2025 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Take-down: Saturday February 15, 2025 - 4:00 pm
Payment Terms - Prices quoted in U.S. Dollars
- $50 deposit for Single or Single+ Booth
- $100 deposit for Double Booth
- $150 deposit for Triple or Quadruple Booth
- The remaining balance is due by January 15, 2025
Cancellation Policies:
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Cancellations must be made, in writing, no later than November 15, 2024
- Cancellations will not be accepted after November 15, 2024, except for extreme emergencies, which will be decided on an individual basis.
