  •  All Booths come with back and side drapes and skirted 8' x 2' table(s).

    Please reserve the following space for the RGVQG Quilt Show:

  • Vendor Show Schedule

    • Set-up:  Thursday, February 12, 2026 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
    • Show hours: Friday, February 13, 2026 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
    •                    Saturday, February 14, 2026 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
    • Take-down:  Saturday February 14, 2026 - 4:00 pm
  • Payment Terms - Prices quoted in U.S. Dollars

    • $50 deposit for Single or Single+ Booth
    • $100 deposit for Double Booth
    • $150 deposit for Triple or Quadruple Booth
    • The remaining balance is due by January 15, 2026

    Cancellation Policies:

    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
    • Cancellations must be made, in writing, no later than November 15, 2025
    • Cancellations will not be accepted after November 15, 2025, except for extreme emergencies, which will be decided on an individual basis.
