Next, indicate the Number of Notarial Acts Required, which refers to how many times the notary stamp is needed. To ensure accurate pricing, kindly specify your Location by selecting either Miami-Dade County or Broward County, and provide the corresponding City and Zip Code. Please be aware that papers qualifying for additional pricing may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before your scheduled notarization session. For services related to Estate Papers, we prefer to conduct In Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) for efficiency and security. To initiate the process, please UPLOAD YOUR ESTATE PAPERS WITHIN THIS WEBFORM. This will enable us to review and prepare accordingly. When requesting Estate Papers services, also provide your Location details by selecting either Miami-Dade County or Broward County, along with your City and Zip Code. As with General Notary services, some Estate Papers may require additional fees based on complexity or special requirements; these will be discussed and agreed upon prior to your scheduled IPEN session.
