  • 27 Ann Siang is only available for booking during the following hours:

    Mondays – Fridays from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M.

    Saturdays – Sundays from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 Midnight

    If the venue is not vacated by the time listed, the lessee will be billed for additional hours at the scheduled rate.

    I, the lessee, acknowledge that I have completed the Venue Rental Booking Form for 27 Ann Siang and understand that the facility will be available solely based on the dates and times I have specified. I am aware that the maximum lease duration is as stated in the Venue Rental Information provided to me.

    I understand that failure to vacate the premises, including the removal of all persons and property, within the agreed lease time will result in additional charges for any extended hours.

    An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application. All additional equipment and any extended time beyond the agreed lease duration shall be added to this amount and invoiced to me, the lessee.

    I have reviewed the cancellation policy outlined in the Venue Rental Booking Form and agree to comply with the terms, including payment of any applicable cancellation fees or charges for damages incurred during my event.
