What We Check
Interior Checks

Check for signs of insects, pests, and rodents
Check ceilings, walls & floors for water damage
Check the electrical box for tripped breakers
Check for water leaks - hot water heater, toilets, sinks, washing machine, showers/tubs
Flush toilets & cycle all faucets
Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation
Ensure the HVAC is running and the drain pan is dry
Check thermostats for proper setting & operation
Other inspections as requested.

Check the pool water level
Check the lanai for damage
Check on a golf cart, vehicles, generator
Check doors, windows, locks

Hurricane Accordion/Kevlar Shutters
Our hurricane accordion shutter or kevlar screens service costs $150 for installation and removal per hurricane warning. This fee is refundable if no hurricane warning is issued. A separate, non-refundable $50 retainer is also required to secure your service. After each service, we request that you replenish your account with $150 to cover potential future hurricane warnings. (We do not offer second-story installations.)
Hurricane Shutters for a 2 Room House - Metal
Our hurricane shutter service costs $300 for installation and removal per hurricane warning. This fee is refundable if no hurricane warning is issued. A separate, non-refundable $200 retainer is also required to secure your service. After each service, we request that you replenish your account with $300 to cover potential future hurricane warnings. (We do not offer second-story installations.)
Hurricane Shutters for a 3 Room House - Metal
Our hurricane shutter service costs $400 for installation and removal per hurricane warning. This fee is refundable if no hurricane warning is issued. A separate, non-refundable $200 retainer is also required to secure your service. After each service, we request that you replenish your account with $400 to cover potential future hurricane warnings. (We do not offer second-story installations.)

Concierge Services We Provide

Bring In Scheduled Deliveries

This service is $25 a visit if not performed during a scheduled house check visit. A 24 hour advanced notice is required.

Contractor Standby

This service is $50 an hour. We will standby in the house while a contract performs their service. 1 hour minimum, billed in 30 minute increments. A 24 hour advanced notice is required.

Pick Up Pre-Ordered Groceries

We will pick up your pre-ordered and paid groceries and store them in your refrigerator for $50 per visit. The store must be within 10 miles of your address.

Remove Spider Webs

We will remove all spider webs around the exterior of your home and inside your lanai for $25 a visit.

Water Inside Plants

We will water all plants inside your home for $10 (5 plants max) per visit.

Weed Control

We will spray weed killer on your driveway and lanai for $15 a visit. You provide the weed killer you wish to be used.

Mail Pickup

We will pick up your mail from the mail kiosk for $7 a visit.

HVAC Drain Purge

We will flush out your HVAC drain for $60.

Add Solution to HVAC

We will add vinegar, bleach, or tablets to your HVAC drain for FREE

Take Garbage Out

We will take the garbage out and return the cans to the garage for $25
