The Pacific Coast Female Rep Classic is now full with 52 teams.

Typically we have a few spots open up in August or early September, due to teams folding during tryouts.  We replace those teams using our Waiting List.  Each year a handful of teams get in from our Waiting List.

Thank you for your interest in the Pacific Coast Female Rep Classic Tournament, hosted by the Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association. 

This is a tournament for competitive female ice hockey teams at the AA, A and BB levels, featuring full 20-minute periods. Four games guaranteed (and qualifying teams will play a 5th game). We have division for U13, U15 and U18 with two tiers in each.

To be considered for a spot in the tournament, please fill out this registration form and submit it. We will send you an invoice for a $100 deposit to be paid within 2 weeks. The full registration fee is $1999.

BC Hockey Tournament Sanction # 2024-2025-2515

I understand that, in order for my team to participate in the 11th Annual Pacific Coast Female Rep Classic, I must:

• Provide a $100 deposit within one week of being accepted, and payment in full by September 10th, 2024.
• Provide a Hockey Canada or USA Hockey roster containing every player and staff member that plans to participate by October 1st, 2024.
• Provide a signed and dated travel permit from my district allowing my team to attend this tournament by October 1st, 2024.

Furthermore, I understand that registration does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. The Rep Classic typically receives 90 registrations for 50 spots. The tournament organizers will select applicant teams to participate based on past experience and best fit, not registration date. Full refunds will be given to any team that is not awarded a spot.

Here's the fine print:

• A spot is not guaranteed until the Tournament Director confirms to you in writing.
• If you withdraw after registering, we will provide a refund only if a replacement team can be found, less a $100 admin fee.
• We will provide a 100% refund in the event that we cannot accommodate your team, or if health orders prevent the team from traveling or the tournament from proceeding.
• The Tournament Director has final say on team placements in tiers.
• Teams may not be substituted without written approval of the Tournament Director.
