Dads Day Out 2025: My Dad, My Anchor

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the steady hands and strong hearts that keep families grounded — our dads.

At Dad’s Day Out 2025 (the "Event"), RPM (the "Organiser") joins in the tribute with balance bikes that bring fathers and little riders together for moments of fun, connection, and confidence-building. Like an anchor that keeps a ship steady, dads are the support our kids lean on as they take life’s first wobbly rides.

By submitting a registration through this digital form, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This form shall take approx. 2-3 mins to complete.

In consideration of allowing my child / children to participate in the Event, I hereby agree to the following:

• I am responsible for my child / children under my care;
• I warrant that my child / children are in good health and have no physical condition that would endanger their life while participating in the Event;
• I am fully aware and acknowledge that I shall accompany and supervise my child / children at all times during the Event;
• While reasonable precaution has been taken by the Organiser and its agent(s), I understand that the Event may involve danger and risk to me and my child / children’s personal safety;
• I hereby release, waive and discharge the Organiser and/or its agent(s) from all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage or injury including death, that may be sustained by me or my child or to any property owned by me or my child, howsoever caused;
• I undertake that if, in the course of the Event, I deliberately or negligently cause any injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to any person or any damage to or loss of any property of any person, I shall release, indemnify and discharge the Organiser if that suffering person(s) makes claims or takes legal actions against the Organiser or the Organiser has to pay for costs or expenses;
• In any case of inclement weather or force majeure circumstances that limit or prevent the Organiser to carry out the Event, this Event is deemed cancelled and the Organiser shall not be liable to postpone the Event to an alternative date;
• I am fully aware that in this registration form and during the Event, personal data (such as my name, child / children’s name, residential postal code, mobile phone numbers, email address, photographs, videos and recordings) is collected by the Organiser;
• I acknowledge and consent for the personal data to be used by the Organisers for marketing, social media posts and other forms of publicity, including online, for balance bike related activities;
• I am aware that I also have the right generally to request that the Organiser correct any errors or omissions in the personal data that is in the possession or under control of the Organiser and shall seek access to or correction of personal data to the Organiser.
