By signing this contract I agree and fully understand the following:
Right Choice Events is not responsible for any incidents or accidents indoor or outdoor of the facility
The sale of Alcohol is not permitted unless you hold a permit from York County Sheriff Department
No fire arms are permitted on premises
Right Choice Events staff have the right to immediately shut down any event that appear unruly or inappropriate for our facility without refund
$150 REFUNDABLE FEE will be refunded 24-48 hours after event once inspected. All tables and chairs must be neatly placed in storage rooms, lights off, doors locked, all trash must be taken to outside dumpster, all floors/grounds(inside&outside)must be swept and free from debris, and all event items must be removed from facility. The fee will not be refunded if all the above is not completed. ***FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE, DEPOSITS WILL BE WITHHELD***
