  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
    I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that withholding or providing false information may increase my pet's risk of illness or injury. I understand that Snout Route and it's employees are not liable for injuries or illness resulting from unreported or misrepresented conditions.

    2. CONFIDENTIALITY & USE OF INFORMATION
    I consent to the use of photography of my pet for communications between Snout Route and myself. I also understand that any photos or testimonials will only be shared publicly with my explicit written permission.

    3. DUTY TO DISCLOSE CHANGES
    I understand that it is my responsibility to inform my pet care professional of any changes to my my pet's health, medical condition, or personal information during the course of services rendered. I acknowledge that timely communication ensures both my pet's safety and their enjoyment of services.

    4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
    I voluntarily agree to allow my pet to participate in walks and other types of care. I acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or in rare cases, death. By signing this waiver, I release Snoute Route and any affiliated employees from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or after participation, unless otherwise found to exist due to neglience as determined by a court of law.

    5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
    Refunds are only provided under the following condition:

    A medical condition arises that prevents participation, accompanied by a vet's note.

    - Refunds may only be issued for days that have not yet begun.

    - No refunds will be issued retroactively for services already delivered or partially completed.

    6. SCHEDULING, COMMUNICATION & EXPECTATIONS
    I understand that all communication is to be done through the agreed-upon channels (ex. facebook, text, or email). I am responsible for showing up for release and return of my animal on time and prepared. I understand that late fees may apply without adequate notice given. 

    7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
    Snout Route reserves the right to terminate services upon discussion if policies are not respected, communication becomes inappropriate, or if the pet's health or safety is at risk due to continued participation.
