  • STEP 1: Kindly select your desired menu from the choices provided below. The price indicated in this form reflects the per person/guest rate (inclusive of tax). Upon sending the Official Quotation via WhatsApp or Email, we will include the final price, encompassing Delivery Charges, Waiter Charges, and other applicable fees. However, please note that these supplementary expenses may be exempted if the total food value meets the conditions stipulated in our Terms & Conditions.

    STEP 2: Once this form is submitted, TTC will issue an official Quotation with the final amount. We will acknowledge you via WhatsApp.

    STEP 3: Upon agreeing to the Quotation, TTC will issue an Invoice via email for booking and payment purposes.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Reservation and Payment:
    1.1 A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking of the delivery slot. The remaining balance must be settled at least 5 days before the Event Date. Upon receipt of the full payment, TTC (Tasty Touch Catering) will confirm the order and proceed with the necessary arrangements. TTC cannot guarantee a booking without a paid deposit.

    ​​Validity of Quotation:
    2.1 This quotation is valid for a duration of 15 days and is contingent upon the product's availability at the time of placing the order.

    ​BUFFET, SIT DOWN, HAND PASSED, COURSE BY COURSE

    3.1 Delivery Charges:
    Delivery charges (within Klang Valley) are based on the total food value (before SST):

    Less than RM1,500 - RM150
    RM1,500 - RM3,499 - RM100
    More than RM3,500 - Free of charge (FOC)

    ​3.2 Catering Equipment & Handling Charges:
    Catering equipment and handling charges of RM50 each are waived for orders with a total food value exceeding RM600.

    ​3.3 Service Personnel:
    Complimentary service waitstaff/helpers will be available for events with a food order exceeding RM1,500. The specific number of complimentary waitstaff will be decided by TTC Management, taking into account the event's operational needs and total food value. 

    If additional waitstaff are needed beyond the complimentary allocation, client will be responsible for covering the cost of the extra personnel. The additional waitstaff is charged at RM140 per person.

    ​3.4 Table Charges:
    a) Charges for food tables (Buffet tables with cloth) are set at RM60 (Table with Cloth) and RM100 (Table with Cloth and Skirting).

    ​3.5 Additional Food Provisions:
    TTC will provide an additional 10% – 15% of the total food amount for all Promo Packages & À la Carte items, depending on the specific items ordered.

    ​3.6 Food Consumption:
    Food is recommended to be consumed within 4 hours from the time of setup, using warmers. TTC will not assume responsibility for food consumed after the specified event time.

    ​3.7 Service Hours:
    Service hours for staff are limited to 5 hours from the agreed event start time. Any additional hours required will incur a charge of RM10 per hour.

    ​BENTO/FOOD TRAY (DROP OFF ONLY)

    4.1 Delivery Charges:
    Delivery charges are determined by the delivery location and are based on third-party delivery rates (e.g., Lalamove/Grab). Delivery charges are waived for orders with a food value exceeding RM1,000 (within Klang Valley only).

    ​4.2 Container Provided
    Aluminium Disposable Tray, Disposable Cutleries, Paper cups and 1.5 Litre Bottle (serves 5 pax) for Beverages (eg. for 20 pax, we will give 4 x 1.5 Litre bottles) will be provided. As for Lunch Box(Bento) option, Disposable Cutleries and Individual Bottle Drinks/Can is provided

    4.3 Delivery Arrangement
    a) Since it is a Drop Off method, no manpower will be provided therefore the food arrangement will be done by your end. Serving Spoon and Water Dispenser will not be provided. Do make your own arrangement for this.

    b)As for delivery, the driver will be calling you right before the arrival at your venue. Once arrived, kindly pick up the food from the driver. If you require special arrangements, do let us know and there will be charges applied.
