We pride ourselves at RISE in providing a good, comfortable and fun work environment. Our Baristas work hard and we appreciate everything they do for RISE. RISE baristas MUST be multitaskers and be able to work in a fast paced environment. They must work well with others, with a smile on their face no matter how long the lines may be or how frustrating a customer may get. Baristas must be thorough, not only with their service of customers but also with their behind the scenes working and closing duties.
