Excel Housing Initiative is a program that aims to address these challenges by providing housing, job training, and educational opportunities to young adults who are transitioning to self-sufficiency.
We believe that landlords/property managers play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. By partnering with Excel Housing Initiative, you can help provide safe and affordable housing to young adults who are in need.
In return, we offer:
- Rental payments for 12+ months.
- Fully covered deposit, administrative, application and high-risk fees.
- Supervised walkthrough and inspection with the tenant when they move in.
- “Make ready” cleaning services upon move out to insure the property is ready for immediate listing.
- Access to 24/7 case manager contact for assistance for property partners.
- Access to a community of potential tenants and connections to county housing organizations.
- Quarterly workshops and marketing opportunities for you to share your property with other organizations.
