I GRANT permission to Rising Stars Youth Theatre Company, to use any photo of my child child's full name* in any of its publications, including website, social media platforms and/or promotional material(s) at any time.
I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of RISING STARS YOUTH THEATRE Co.I release both the school and photographer from any claims that may arise from the use of photos.I have read and understood the terms set forth in this photo waiver form.
