Brief Description of Weekend.
We currently hold our retreats at either Falls Creek or Bulla during the non-ski seasons. The weekend starts on the friday night and people make their own way to the location (although transport can be provided).
The weekend is a combination of 'Plan to Thrive' group sessions, lots of personal time and space to write your life plan, healthy meals based on our "Eat To Thrive" program, and the opportunity to go on a group walk or ride around the mountain.
Video training modules, a workbook and a Daily Life Planner are materials provided to go along with the weekend.
