The venue is rented out on a daily basis to local organizations. For the privacy and safety of all our other clients, ALL walk throughs and tours must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins will not be permitted to enter the building. We ask that you not disrupt the other clients and their events by peeking through windows. We will gladly schedule a walk through tour for you so you can see the full scale of the facility! We Thank you for your cooperation.

Security Deposit: $100 [Does not get applied to rental fees. IS refunded after your event providing contract is upheld. DUE at signing of official contract]

Rental Fee: Main Room Only $625 Due 1 week before event date

Rental fee gives you access to the venue for 13 hours! (9am-10pm)

Reminder: RENTAL FEE is in ADDITION to the Security deposit
