Our venue is rented daily by a variety of local organizations, and we’re committed to ensuring the privacy and safety of all our clients. For this reason, all walk-throughs and tours must be scheduled in advance—unannounced walk-ins will not be permitted inside the building.We kindly ask that you refrain from peeking through windows or disrupting ongoing events. We’d be more than happy to arrange a guided tour at a convenient time so you can experience the full scope of our facility.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Rental Request

Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours of submission, though response times may be longer during weekends or holidays. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as our replies occasionally end up there. Submitting this form does not guarantee your requested date will be reserved. Pricing

SATURDAY EVENTS:

Security Deposit : $100 (Does not get applied to rental fees. IS refunded after your event providing contract is upheld).

Security Deposit Due: At time of booking

Rental Fee: $625 -Due 1 week before event date

FRIDAY OR SUNDAY EVENTS: (Sept-May)

We are running several monthly deals throughout September to May. Security deposit and Rental fee will depend on the month you are inquiring about. Please visit our website or facebook page to check pricing for each month.

Rental fee gives you access to the venue for 13 hours! (9am-10pm)

Reminder: RENTAL FEE is in ADDITION to the Security deposit

*Pay in full Discount* - SATURDAY EVENTS ONLY! Should the Saturday date you request be available, you will have the option to pay in full within 24 hours. Should you like to take advantage of this offer, we will deduct $100 from the rental fee!

If you are taking advantage of our Friday or Sunday monthly discount deals- those deals will be automatically applied to your invoice.
