This Registration Form confirms your interest in attending Camp Meeting 2026.

PLEASE READ OUR PRICING SHEET BELOW PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THIS FORM.

Take a look at the 'Pricing Information' section below to see what your total cost will be based on the guest category, accommodations, length of attendance and child attendance (if applicable).

Which ever option you choose, whether a deposit or paying in full, the payment is due immediately after you fill out the registration form, to hold your place.

If you choose to Pay a Deposit, your remaining balance will be invoiced via email within 5-7 business days after Registration submission. Final balance is due before June 1, 2026.

If you choose to Pay in Full, your receipt will be emailed within 5-7 business days after Registration submission.

Accommodations are on a First Come, First Served basis. We will prioritize those who submit their full payment during registration.

All Lodging is Dormitory-Style. Simply, Private rooms for one individual are not available.

Single Adults: You will be sharing a room with someone; and possibly a bed. You can choose your roommate(s) or we will choose your roommate(s) appropriately and accordingly.

NOTE: Accommodations are on a First Come, First Served basis. There is no guarantee that lodging will be available. If your choice in lodging is not available, we will reach out to you to offer you other alternatives. If these alternatives do not meet your desires, we will process your refund.
I, the Guest, acknowledge that all payment made towards Camp Meeting including, but not limiting to, the deposit (to hold my place) and final balance is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellations, changes in plans, or unforeseen events by the Guest IF cancellation is after May 8th, 2026. All monies shall be forfeited and retained by Ministerio Remanescente as liquidated damages, not as a penalty, to compensate for the lost opportunity and booking of services. Final balance to be paid in full no later than June 1st, 2026.
