TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I, the undersigned Model (hereafter “Model”), voluntarily authorize the creation and use of photographs, video, electronic, and digital reproductions in any form of my person in the production of material that is sexually explicit in nature (hereafter “Content”).
I agree to use this Content exclusively for use and distribution as part of subscription-based online platforms (e.g., OnlyFans.com, JustFor.Fans, Raw Fuck Club, etc.) and also pay-per-download sites (e.g., XVideos Red). The Content may not be sold or posted on any other sites (unless agreed to by both parties), except for promotional purposes, as outlined below.
I agree that short previews/teaser images may be posted on social media sites such as X, Bluesky, or their equivalents, for the explicit purpose of promoting the full-length Content as posted on the above-referenced subscription-based online platforms, and that any other use of the Content is prohibited without the written consent of all parties depicted or holding rights to the Content.
I hereby give all clearances—copyright and otherwise—for use of my stage name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performances embodied in the Content. I expressly release and indemnify all co-Models, employees, agents, and designees from any and all claims, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with the above-granted uses and representations.
The rights granted herein apply to the current production as well as to any future projects or collaborations between the parties, in perpetuity and throughout the world, unless such perpetuity is expressly revoked in writing by me. These rights shall also survive my death.
I will not use or reveal in any way any personal information, such as legal names, personal addresses, exterior images of homes or residences, or any other identifying personal data of any co-Model without the express written consent of said co-Model.
There is no exchange of money or compensation from any party for this experience, nor is there any other contract in existence other than this consent form.
Each party acknowledges that they shall mutually own all rights, title, and interest, including the copyright, of the Content created as of the date of this agreement. No Model shall sell or otherwise transfer any Content rights without the express written consent of all Models and/or other parties involved in the creation of the Content.
Each party agrees to share all Content created at the time of recording and retains the right to release such Content at their discretion, unless another co-Model involved in the creation of the Content expressly requests, in writing and within reason, that the release be coordinated. All Models shall have the right to reasonably preview all Content prior to its release and distribution by any co-Model.
I confirm that I have the right to enter into this agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to any parties, and that co-Models have no financial commitments or obligations as a result of this Agreement.
I take responsibility for my personal health at all times through prophylactic medication and regular STI testing. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ask the health status of all co-Models.
Absolutely no illicit or illegal substances will be permitted on set/location. However, legally prescribed medications, including legally obtained marijuana, erectile medications, and amyl nitrates (i.e., “poppers”), will be permitted. Models who appear intoxicated or are unable to perform as a result of intoxication will be asked to leave, and this agreement shall be considered null and void with respect to the intoxicated party. Any Content recorded during the session involving the intoxicated party shall not be used, released, or distributed by any party, and must be deleted or destroyed unless all parties, including the intoxicated individual, later provide written consent when sober.
I, the undersigned Model, do hereby certify and swear that the foregoing is true and correct by my signature below, and that I agree with the above terms and conditions.
