Below is the current season of events that Rocky Mount has available to vendors. Please select all events you want to apply for. Payment for multiple events will not be due at once. Payment for events will be required separately before the event takes place.

ALL work MUST be original and all artisans are encouraged to demonstrate their craft form. All booth space is to be used for sales of craft items only. No raffle of items is allowed!

18th Century Merchant - Shelters accepted include simple lean-to’s/diamond flys, marquees, and wedge or wall tents. We will not accept any Nylon tents. Spaces available in 10 x10 increments- 35$Blanket Trader - limited to a space no larger than 72 x 90 inches - $10Craftsmen/Demonstrator* - Must demonstrate an 18th Century craft, producing a period accurate replica using tools of the Colonial era. Must be on site during event hours. You may sell your handmade goods at no cost. - Limited availability - Free
Please include a minimum of 3 photos of your products and set-up specifically for Colonial Trade Faire - Participants who do not include photos will not be considered, if there is an issue that inhibits you from attaching photos here, please contact our main office.

*All DEMONSTRATORS - For general safety, all firelocks will be inspected upon arrival at the park. Only staff and permitted select volunteers will be allowed to do so. Staff MUST be notified before the demonstration of any firearm, even after approval.

Booth Specifics:

You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs**. If your event is outside, we HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy with sides. We are located on top of a hill, wind, rain, and other weather conditions are possible for all outdoor events. Please come prepared. **With the exception of Candlelight Christmas
Once your application is reviewed, selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email, helpful information about the selected events, and an invoice for their booth. Vendors will then be announced and listed on our social media and website alongside the marketing for the event. If you have questions about our events, please leave them below.
