Thank you for Sanctioning your rodeo with the California Cowboys Professional Rodeo Association, by submitting this Sanction Agreement your committee agrees:
1. To have eight major rodeo events: Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Bull Riding, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, and Women's Barrel Racing
2. All Contract Personnel must be CCPRA Members or purchase a Day Permit/Non-Member Fee. Contract Personnel is defined as: Announcers, Music Techs, Clowns/Contract Acts, Judges, Timers, Secretaries, Photographers, Pick-Up Men, and Bull Fighters.
3. All Livestock must be supplied by a current CCPRA Stock Contractor. CCPRA Stock Contractors are: Camacho Livestock LLC, Four Star Rodeo, Rockin M Rodeo, Silver Bridge Rodeo.
4. All contest events must be run and judged in accordance with the current CCPRA Rulebook.
5. To furnish a first aid vehicle or ambulance and qualified attendants during all rodeo events.
6. To provide at minimum a $1 Million General Liability Insurance policy for itself and individuals that the committee may seperately employ or whose services or facilities you may utilize. Further your committee agrees to provide the CCPRA with a certificate of insurance naming the CCPRA as additionally insured. No sanction can be granted until such certificate is received by the CCPRA.
7. That all TV and recording rights are exclusively and solely retained by the CCPRA.
8. To pay the CCPRA a Sanction Fee of $200 per Day.
9. To add a minimum of $500 Added Money in each event ($1,000 added in the team roping) and agrees to add all entry fees to the Added Money in each event.
10. To allow Day Permit/Non-Member contestants to enter your rodeo and agree to the event number minimums set in the Rulebook.
