JACKPOT RODEO PAYOFF

The Tulelake Butte Valley Fair is excited to host a Youth Showcase Rodeo in the Grandstands! This high energy event will showcase our up and coming rodeo athletes under the big lights in the Grandstands!

Each youth contestant will be given an entrance pass for themselves and one parent/guardian - addtional tickets can be purcahsed at https://www.tbvfair.com/p/getinvolved/grandstand-events

I hereby give my approval for my participation in any and all activities prepared by Camacho Livestock during the Tulelake Butte Valley Fair. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Tulelake Butte Valley Fair and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to myself arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the Tulelake Butte Valley Fair Rodeo sessions.

In case of injury, I hereby waive all claims against ulelake Butte Valley Fair, Camacho Livestock including all affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all rodeo activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fracture, paralysis, or death.
