This is the application is for Crafters.

RVGCM defines a crafter as a vendor whose primary sales are comprised of craft products which they have made. (e.g. a potter or wreath maker). Body products such as soaps, tinctures and lotions also fall under the crafter category.

2026 Membership Fee Structure

The annual fees to be a member with RVGCM are as follows:
- $125 annual membership pledge
- $25 per 10 x 10 booth space/ market attended March-April.
- $30 per 10 x 10 booth space/ market attended from May-November
Your business must be located in Jackson, Josephine or Siskiyou County.

If you are selected to move forward in the application process there will be an in person interview on Sunday 2/8 at 10am in Medford.

If selected to particpate in the in person interview, you will be requested to set up your booth (to the best of your ability) and bring samples of your product for us to review and sample in person. Prior to this in person interview there will be a one time non refundable application fee of $25. There is no fee to fill out this form, you only pay an application fee if selected to participate in the in person review.

Currently we do NOT accept textiles, print, canvas or photography art, jewelry (exceptions may be made if hand crafted from locally grown / produced agricultural components), carnival type foods such as: highly processed and/or fried foods, nationally distributed packaged foods, energy drinks, produce not grown and processed by the farmer (i.e., brokered items intended for resale).

To the best of your ability please describe your production process. This helps our review committee understand elements of your craft they may not know about, that makes the final product unique.*
What elements of your craft are handmade and what elements, if any are commercially produced?*
For example, you might create earrings but the material you use is polymer clay and stamps. The earrings are handmade but the clay is commercially produced and so are the stamps.
Tell us about your materials. Where/How do you source materials for your craft/product? Do you utilize synthetic or natural materials? Are any materials wildcrafted or grown by you?*
Please tell us about your products safety standards. This is important for all products but especially body products such as soap, lotion, tincture, etc. Have you ever had to recall a batch of your product? How do you label your products to track batches and ensure that safety standards are upheld for the consumer?*
No copyrighted materials or characters are allowed to be utilized in crafts that are sold at our markets. The exception is if the artist has expressed consent or purchased rights to the copyrighted materials. Do any of your designs or products violate this policy? *
Does anyone help you make your products or are they made solely by you?*
How do you feel your product/offering stands out from what is already available at our markets? How do you feel it complements our current vendor offerings?
