    You've taken the first step into a path of consistency and better choices. I can't stress the fact that fitness should be part of the essentials and that our training will hopefully open your eyes to how CrossFit (Functional Bodybuilding) can be done at home (or in our training facility/ commercial gym) and how it can impact your overall health and wellness. Feel free to get in touch with me anytime, for most concerns the app will suffice but just in case there are any important communications you need me to hear then message me and will make sure to get back with you right away!

    We formally begin training on Monday, January 12, 2025. It would be awesome if you could secure your slot by making the full deposit of our 12 week cycle as soon as possible so we can activate your account. You may make the deposit through GCash:

    PER CYCLE RATE: Php 8,000 (3 months / 1 cycle)

    LEGACY RATE: Php 25,000 (12 months / 4 cycles)
