All catagories listed below in Red Highlight are Full, please check with me for any cancelations.

If you cannot be on time for load in or stay until breakdown, don't sign up.

Baked bread and cakes - Full All Days

Floor length Table cloths are REQUIRED, all around not just the front. SIDES, FRONT and BACK!

Market will be held in front by the food court and Auntie Anne's extending towards Burlington hallway.

Do not enter the mall before designated load in times.

Unload & move your car to the parking lot BEFORE you set up.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: Vendor load in time 8am-9am

BREAKDOWN FOR THURSDAY (Christmas Eve) 5pm

I give you your space when you get there. No space request at this time.

Vendors load in behind the mall, entrance (A1) between Dave and Busters and Field Quest.

Vendor email will be sent out Monday the week before the event with detailed rules, load in rules and flyer.

Feel free to bring whatever you want to share with the vendors! As usual I will have coffee, water and pastries for you. People get into it and bring things to share since we're there long hours. Not required.

I understand that I will not be provided tables or chairs. I will bring my own tables, chairs and FLOOR LENGTH tablecloths.
I understand there are NO REFUNDS regardless of the reason and I’m unable to move my dates.
Electricity is limited. So priority will be given to vendors who sign up first and require electricity to run their products. Keep in mind there is electricity available if you need to charger your phones etc. This is for people who require electricity to run their booth like a food vendor.
