  • Booth fees are a non-refundable $45, $5 electricity is available on a limited basis, first come first serve, MUST be marked and paid for on this form.

    • Entries include 1 Fall Festival Button (per entry not per booth.)
    • Entries will be dated as submitted and assigned as they are received on a first come first serve basis.
    • Due to limited space and size, if we have multiple vendors wanting to sell items from the same company (IE: Norwex, Pink Zebra, Pampered Chef, etc.), we will only be able to take THE FIRST submitted vendor application.

  • Business (if this form allows you to register and your business type is already full you will be given a refund) ONLY ONE ALLOWED PER COMPANY.*
  • Booth setup is between 1:00PM - 6:00PM Friday, October 9th AND between 6:30AM - 9:30AM Saturday, October 10th. NO EARLY OR LATE SET UP WILL BE ALLOWED. All vendors must be set up by 9:30AM Saturday, October 10th.
    NO TENT OR CANOPY SET UP ALLOWED.

    **NOTE: All set up times have changed. If you can not be set up in that time please DO NOT apply to be a vendor. Absolutely NO exceptions will be made for additional setup times. All loading and unloading instructions will be sent to your registered email 1 week prior to the event with booth assigments .** 

    Electricity for booth spaces is available for an additional $5, if you need electricity be sure to mark and pay for it below or you will not be put in a spot for electricity, first come, first serve. Extension cords are NOT provided.

    If there are booth or room requests please enter it in the space below. We will try our best to meet request but they are NOT GUARANTEED and will be granted on a first come first come basis.  

  • Registrations will ONLY be accepted through this online form. We will NOT accept any registrations that are mailed, or hand delivered. Please select ALL that apply. All registrations must be approved by RHFF. You will only hear from us if you are NOT approved. If you do not hear from us your booth is approved. Booth fees are non-refundable.
