SESSION AGREEMENT & PHOTO RELEASE: I hereby grant Rachael Phillips dba RP Photography permission to photograph my canine child. COPYRIGHT: As a client of RP Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by RP Photography aka Rachael Phillips, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or edit these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: Fee must be paid to reserve your spot. This is non-refundable as it holds your spot for the photo session on the agreed time and date. If the photographer cancels without rescheduling, the session fee WILL BE refunded. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographer's discretion only, and clients will be notified. If you, the client, have to cancel for any reason, a refund will NOT be granted. LATE FEE: These are only 5-minute photo sessions, so please arrive within your time slot. If you have not contacted me or communicated with me about being late or absent, your session will be cancelled, you will forfeit your session fee and have to pay another one if you wish to wish to book another separate session. Hitting or using derogatory language toward animals is not tolerated. If this occurs, the session will end without a refund.
