If you would like to support via sponsorship opportunity and/or a raffle donation, please fill out this form. Monetary donations are also appreciated and can be made by cash, check, or venmo.
- Sponsorship Opportunities: Returning sponsors get 10% off
  - Dinner Sponsor- $3500: Receives 2 sponsorship banners (6') at entrance and banquet hall, and 8 gratuity player spots
  - Grill Sponsor-$1500 receives a sponsorship banner (4') at grill, and 4 player gratuity spots
  - Platinum Level- $1000: Receives 2 sponsorship signs (24" X 36") at practice green, and 4 gratuity player spots
  - Gold Level- $500: Receives a sponsorship sign (18" X 36") at practice green and 2 gratuity player spots
  - Silver Level (Tee Sponsor)- $100: receives a sponsorship sign (12" X 18")
- Raffle Items: Pick-up/drop-off will be arranged
