• Celtic Tune Workshops

  • Come learn some tunes from Ireland, Scotland, and surrounding regions the traditional folk way: by ear! 

    These in-person workshops are taught by Boise-local Celtic musician, Rachel Sulik, and geared for lower-intermediate to advanced musicians. If you're new to learning by ear, still come and immerse yourself in this method! You'll get better with practice! Sheet music will be emailed at the end of the series.

    While these are fiddle-forward workshops, all melodic Celtic instruments are welcome (mandolin, bouzouki, squeezebox, harp, fingerstyle guitar, cello, etc.)

    Pre-requisites: A minimum of lower-intermediate skills on your instrument, curiosity for this method of learning, and a spirit of playfulness!
