  From the moment you contact us, we’ll do everything we can to ensure that your booking and transfer go as smoothly as possible. That means an airconditioned vehicle tailored to the number of passengers,  and the luggage requirements specified by you.  An experienced driver with proven customer service skills and an extensive knowledge of the local area.

 All the Vehicles Are Non Smoking. 

All transfers are private transfers up to 7 people, and we will transport you directly to your destination without any delay. All the vehicles used are authorized taxis by the transport authorities.

 Safety is Our Priority.

  Baby or child seat can be requested  during your booking application..

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  All reservations requests submitted by the ‘User’ through the website’s online booking system will be confirmed by a confirmation email sent by the Website, in order to be considered ‘Accepted’.

 The ‘User’ is responsible for the accuracy of the details (contact details and transfer details) he/she provides through the online booking system. It is his/her responsibility to correctly fill in the Reservation Form and check the accuracy of the details of his/her booking confirmation email.

  The reservation function offered by Rhodes Taxi Safe Transfers   is free of any charge, to its users.

 We will need the details of your  full name, flights and etc. so we can send you the link to make the online  payment.

The User can change or cancel his/her reservation up to 48 hrs before.

  Rhodes Taxi Safe Transfers   can not be held responsible for various unexpected events that might take place before or during your transfer (such as accidents, events of political nature, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena or other phenomena of a higher power, extreme adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles, strikes declared by the local Taxi Unions etc.) which will prevent us from providing you our services as have been agreed.

  We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to a delayed arrival at your destination. In the case of such unforeseen events we will notify you immediately of our inability to provide you with our services and we will provide all possible information in order to help you get alternative modes of transportation. 

 PRICES 

 All prices are inclusive of (VAT).  Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the chauffeurs’ remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers. Prices quoted for all the Transfers are in Euros.
