We have obtained these fine health, wellbeing, and superior reproduction results through good medical and nutritional practices. You the new owner, are reaping the benefits of our endeavors and hard work. We have made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. We guarantee this puppy is purebred and AKC registered. We guarantee that all vaccinations and worming have been given as stated in the supplied documentation for the protection of the purchaser and we the breeder and for this health guarantee to become effective.

Rundown Ranch Cattle Dogs request that you take the new puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven days of taking possession, and that a copy of the health certificate or examiner results be sent by mail or email to us as listed below. If the buyer does not take said puppy to a licensed veterinarian within stated seven days from the date of pickup and forward certificate or exam finding to us this warranty becomes null and void. If said puppy is found to have a life-threatening, hereditary or congenital defect or any major health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy only, of equal value will be given, provided that the seller is notified within 24 hours of the exam and said puppy is returned to us at buyer's expense. However, we may not have a puppy available at that time and you may need to wait until a future litter is available.

This puppy must be returned to us, the breeder, along with all original documents and health records within fourteen days at no expense to the breeder along with a signed document from two non-associated licensed veterinarians stating the defect or problem. We also require the AKC Registration to be transferred back to our kennel once documentation is received by the buyer from the AKC. We, the breeder, are not responsible for any veterinary bills acquired by you, the buyer. However, if you choose to keep said puppy and wish to purchase from a future litter, you will be allowed to purchase a puppy from a litter within two years at half price of the current litter's pricing. Please inform us of your choice as we DO NOT refund money. Some disorders may be caused by environmental factors. Therefore, infectious diseases are not covered by a health guarantee as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after he leaves our kennel. Some examples include viruses, cancer, mange, allergies, etc. This guarantee also does not include injuries of any kind, fleas, mites, kennel cough, or any other intestinal worms or parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, murmurs, or hernias. We also cannot guarantee that the puppy will never develop any health problems. Just like a pediatrician cannot guarantee that a child will never develop any health issues in the future. Our dogs are not exposed to infectious diseases, therefore, we are free from diseases and health problems. There is also no guarantee as to the ability to breed, size, coat quality, temperament, or adaptability. If at any time during said puppy's life, if you are unable to keep him or her, please inform us and return to us the original breeder at no expense to Rundown Ranch Cattle Dogs with all registration papers, health records, etc.

Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of birth against life-threatening congenital defects making him or her unsuitable as a pet. If within that time a life-threatening congenital defect not to include parvovirus, distemper, coronavirus, heartworms, or any nutritional related disease that is attested to by two non-associated licensed veterinarians, and the reason is congenital the breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of same quality. The breeder must be notified at the onset of the problem and the written reports with diagnosis must be supplied to the breeder within seven days from the two non-associated licensed veterinarians. The replacement will be subject to our veterinarian's assessment of the required written reports from the two non-associated licensed veterinarians, availability and only after affected puppy is returned to us at no expense to the breeder. However, if you do choose to keep said puppy and wish to purchase from a future litter, you'll be allowed to purchase a puppy from the future litter within two years at half price of that current litter's pricing.

Please inform us of your choice as we DO NOT refund money. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer. We will not be responsible for illness or any other health problems which are diagnosed after these time periods. This contract is valid only for the original buyer that purchased the puppy from us, the original breeder, Rundown Ranch Cattle Dogs. If the puppy is transferred to another owner, this contract becomes null and void. This contract becomes null and void if any of these terms and conditions as stated are not fulfilled. The only caveat to this is returning the puppy to our breeding program, if for any reason, the owner can no longer take care of said dog.

We hope you enjoy your new family member. We always appreciate and enjoy updates and pictures of how our puppies are doing in their new homes. For any questions during your puppy's life, we're here to help. We can be reached at 801.505.3595 or Brenda@RundownRanchCattleDogs.com.
