1. Arrival and Check-In
• Car show participant arrival window: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• GATES WILL BE CLOSED TO VENDORS AND PARTICIPANTS AT 1PM

2. Departure and Vehicle Release
• Vehicles must remain parked until official release time.
• Vehicle release will begin at 6:00 PM or as directed by event staff.
