Daily Absence and Dismissal Changes
Please use this form to notify the school of any absence or change to your child's dismissal plan.
• Absences should be reported by 7:45 AM on the day.
• Dismissal changes must be submitted by 10:00 AM to ensure proper arrangements are in place.
Extended Leave Requests
Extended absences require Principal approval and must be submitted in advance using this form.
• For PP to Grade 8 students: absence of five or more school days
• For Grade 9 to Grade 12 students: absence of three or more school days
High School students must also consult with their teachers in advance and sign off on all assignments they will be responsible for during their absence.
The School Office (schooloffice@sais.edu.hk) will contact you to confirm once the Principal has reviewed the request.

每日缺席与放学安排变更
如学生当天缺席或有放学安排变更,请使用本表格通知学校。
• 缺席应在当天上午7:45前报告。
• 放学安排变更须在当天上午10:00前提交,以确保学校能妥善安排。
延长假期申请
如需申请延长假期,须提前通过本表格提交申请并获得校长批准。
• 幼儿园至八年级学生:缺席五个或以上上课日
• 九至十二年级学生:缺席三个或以上上课日
高中学生在请假前必须提前与所有任课老师沟通,并确认他们将在请假期间需完成的所有作业。
