1:1 Diet products and PortionIQ GLP-1 products

Please use this form to pre-order your products.

Click on each product you would like and change the quanity as required.

Please make sure your order of products adds up to the amount you require.

Step 1A / 2 is 21 products per week

Step 1B is 28 products per week

Step 3 & 4 is 14 products per week

Step 5 is 7 products per week

If you are local and l see you Face to Face at my house OR Mobile to your home or work just order the products required for the Step you are on for the week.
If you are a Virtual Client its is a minimum of a 2 week order or 4 week order.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE MINIMUM FACE TO FACE WEEKLY ORDER IS 14 PRODUCTS PER WEEK UNLESS YOU ARE ON STEPS 5 or 6

VIRTUAL DPD courier delivery is FREE for January & February 2026 only then reverts back to £7.20

I can supply a maximum 1 months worth.

For PortionIQ GLP-1 products these are for people on the GLP-1 or clients maintaining and want a healthy protein option Suggest you have 1 to 3 products a day

Global HQ can discontinue products at anytime whether they are limited edition or not. I do my best to keep a stock of what I can but products can just disappear.

Please add a safe place where your order can be left on delivery day. Local deliveries are now Monday morning's sometime between 8.00am and 12:30pm.
