Waiver of Liability and Release Form
In consideration of being allowed to participate in Sand Wars, the premier beach flag football tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a beach flag football tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

Release and Waiver: I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sand Wars, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability, or loss I may suffer as a result of my participation in the event.

Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the event. I understand and agree that I am responsible for all costs related to my medical treatment and transportation.

Photographic Release: I grant Sand Wars the right to use my name, likeness, and photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, and other marketing materials.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all event rules and regulations as provided by the organizers. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my disqualification from the event.

Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
