After you submit this form, I will find a suitable time for both of us to meet for a free consultation session. During the session, I will ask you some questions about what you would like to work on, your goals and motivations. I will address any questions you included in your text above. After the consultation, we will both take time to think about whether we would like to proceed.

If we decide to go forward into 1:1 session(s), I will send you another form to fill before we begin our sessions together and a link to book your sessions and payment details.
