    Thank you so much for offering to host one or more of our 2026 Company. Our season is a vibrant puzzle, and your hospitality is what makes it possible for these artists to bring their magic to the stage, and we are extremely grateful for your support.

    To help us match you with the right guest, it is helpful to know how they will travel to the rehearsals and performances at Church Farm (Wingfield). During the season, we provide a regular shuttle bus for company members that runs from Bradford on Avon Station via the roundabout near Sainsbury's to the venue.

  • To help us match you with the right guest, please let us know your availability for our key groups below:

    • Production & Creatives (28 July – 7 Aug): The team behind the scenes setting the stage.
    • The Carmen Company (30 July – 16 Aug): Our principal singers and ensemble for our main production.
    • The Chocolate Soldier (9 Aug – 15 Aug): Our second touring company arriving mid-season.

    Don't worry if you can't cover a whole period! Simply check the boxes that work for you, and use the "Ad-hoc" notes section at the bottom for any specific dates you need to keep free.

  • Our visiting artists and creatives are offered hosted Bed & Breakfast. While a cooked breakfast is not required, we ask that you provide a self-service selection (e.g., tea, coffee, cereal, toast, and milk). We also find it helps our guests feel at home if they are able to use the kitchen at other times, by mutual agreement with you.

    Finally - as a thank you for offering to host a cast member, we would like to offer you two tickets to one of our dress rehearsals. Please indicate your preference below, choosing from either Carmen (Tuesday 4th August, 7pm) or The Chocolate Soldier (Tuesday 11th August, 2pm), subject to availability.
