Submit the form below and let us know which organization referred you. Every qualifying new membership gives that organization an entry for a chance to receive a $1,000 donation from Saskatoon Co-op. To qualify, your Saskatoon Co-op membership must be purchased between October 1–17, 2026. You’ll be asked to provide the date your membership was purchased as part of the form below.
