Guidelines:

Please see the full guidelines here, including evaluation metrics and examples of evidence and support material.

Applications will be adjudicated by MAS staff against the evaluation criteria and support material. Evidence of evaluation must be attached to the online form, and can include documents, video, photos, social media, direct links to websites, or any other documentation that supports the criteria.

Each area of evaluation must be submitted as a seperate form. You may apply for one or more areas of evaluation as you feel your organization meets.
